For the last few weeks, I've been unsure as to if i should keep this little part of my blog going but after being told by a very good friend, that it's also helping her on her weight loss journey, i realised i need to keep doing it.So for the past two weeks, I've literally only eaten utter crap and luckily I've not put much on! this week though I've already gotten back on it and lost a 1lb so all is not lost.Hopefully the rest of this week will continue to be good and ill be back next week with another loss.
